Do we see your order?
Absolutely! We receive instant notifications when orders come through.

Do I receive a confirmation once my order has been delivered?
Yes you will. We like to send a text photo. We know that gifting is emotional for both parties. Well, three parties in our case. Yay!

Can we do same-day delivery?
Order before noon and we will squeeze it in. However, it is always best to give us a 24 hour notice for preferred colors and freshest product. In the rare case that it is not possible, you will receive a phone call almost immediately with options.

Does my order come with a card?
Yes! This is an important addition to your thoughtful gift. Please write their message in the "Special Notes & Instructions" box at check out. Your note will be typed in a white cardstock and sealed in a white envelope.

Where are you located? Is there a storefront?
For the time being, this website is our storefront. Our studio is not open to the public.

What area do you deliver to?
We are blessed to recieve orders from Manor, Elgin, Austin, Pflugerville, Round Rock and design events in the Hill Country. We are happy to serve our city and our neighbors.

What are your hours of operation?
Monday - Friday 9 am - 4 pm.
Saturdays - Sundays are reserved for funerals and events.

How to contact us?
Emails through our website are great. Just like our order alerts, we will see your email hit our inbox immediately. We are likely designing and delivering throughout the day but will get to our admin tasks in the evening and will be able to respond to you.

Can we deliver to a specific time?
Yes. Please give us enough time to plan our route to ensure your order is delivered within that timeframe.

Is in-store pick up available?
It isn't. At the moment, our studio is private and not open to the public.

What kind of vase will the flowers be delivered in?
We take pride in selecting beautiful, neutral, modern vases that your loved one would be delighted to reuse for years. No tacky stuff.

Will my flowers be left if no one is home?
If the home has a front porch, a shaded area, somewhere safe and out-of-site, we do feel comfortable leaving the order and contacting our client to make them aware.
